Scottish Smoked Salmon on Tattie Scones (Griddled Potato Flatbread);
Kohlrabi, Apple & Celery Salad with Capers & Tarragon;
Beef Wellington (Fillet of Beef with Mushrooms in Pastry);
Pan-Roasted Carrots, Potatoes & Brussels Sprouts; and
Berry Fool.

Participants should dress with safety in mind. Please wear completely closed flats and tie back long hair.
